Off Campus Housing

Off campus housing options are available through Excelsior Community College Student Services.

The Vineyard Town Community has many neighborhoods that offers housing for international students. Student housing is also offered in other areas outside the Vineyard Town Community. This gives students a variety of choice for off campus housing.

Safety

The Safety and Behavioral Management office inspects all students off-campus housing before making recommendations to students. Students who wish to find their own private accommodation are welcome to pursue other options. Upon their request the Safety Unit can inspect the accommodation.

Single Room: US$2,700

Double Room: US$2,500

Rates do not include a meal plan.
